This Privacy Policy describes how Starneel Productions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Starfall Survivors Duo, our mobile game for Android (the "Game").
No Accounts, No Personal Profile
The Game does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or other contact details. Your progress (starshards, upgrades, unlocks, settings) is saved only on your device. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes that save.
Information Processed by Third-Party Services
The Game uses the following providers, each under its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob (rewarded ads). Watching an ad is always your choice (for example, to double starshards or claim a daily gift). To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier, general device information, approximate location (typically derived from IP address), and ad interaction data. We do not receive your advertising identifier ourselves. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice later. See https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Players who buy "Remove Ads" never see ads.
- Google Play Billing (one-time in-app purchases) such as Remove Ads, the Storybook skin pack and the Supporter Pack. Google processes the payment; we never receive your payment card details. We only receive whether a purchase is owned, so the Game can unlock it.
- Unity Gaming Services (online co-op only). When you choose "Play Together" online, Unity Authentication creates an anonymous player ID and Unity Relay connects your device to your partner's device; this necessarily processes your IP address and game traffic for the length of the session. - Local Wi-Fi co-op: when you host or join a game on the same Wi-Fi, the Game shares your device's name and local network address with devices on that network so the other player can find you.
We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs of our own, and we do not sell your information.
Data Retention and Deletion
We do not keep a copy of your game progress on our servers. You can delete all Game data at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. For questions about data held by Google or Unity, see their policies above, or contact us and we will help.
Children's Privacy
Starfall Survivors Duo is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.
Changes to This Policy
We will post any changes on this page with an updated effective date.
